On selecting 'I agree ... ' and then 'clicking' the 'Continue' button, the following sequence of events will occur (you don't have to remember any of this; you will be taken through this step-by-step; this is just to give you an idea of what's ahead) -

You will be taken to the secure payment page (where you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex or PayPal).

If you then choose to pay, you will be charged $220 (all-inclusive, and including all govt fees and GST).

You will automatically be issued with a 'Tax Invoice (and Receipt)' for the $220 you have paid.

Then, when you confirm, online, that all the information entered is true and correct (which may be done virtually immediately), the TradingAs.com.au system will automatically, immediately and electronically communicate with ASIC's business name registration computers to register the business name.

In most cases, within a few seconds, the business name will be protected.

TradingAs.com.au will then follow up by automatically issuing you, online and by email, the ASIC 'Record of Registration of Business Name' as soon as ASIC issues it.
